Tower or fixed cameras for this site?

Portable towers suit temporary outdoor grounds. Installed cameras can complement them at a permanent venue entrance or loading bay.

An example camera arrangement

Position a tower beside a service gate, outside pedestrian routes, with views of equipment storage. Assess separate access points individually instead of assuming one view covers the venue.

Monitoring around your daily operation

Agree monitoring schedules for setup, event hours and breakdown. Camera coverage supports the event team; crowd management and emergency arrangements require their own plan.

Security Camera Rental: Frequently Asked Questions

Should hire include setup and dismantling?

Yes. Equipment can be exposed before visitors arrive and after the event closes. Include both periods when requesting dates.

Can towers be positioned near visitors?

Positions must allow safe access and avoid emergency routes, queues and vehicle paths. Kilo reviews the available space and sightlines.

Can CCTV replace stewards?

Cameras support situational awareness and incident review. They do not replace the personnel and procedures required by your event plan.

What if the venue layout changes?

Tell Kilo before moving stages, fences or tents. These can block views and require repositioning or additional coverage.
