Are there gateway or per-user fees?

No. Gateways are unlimited on every plan, and you can invite your whole team — pricing scales only with your plan tier.

What happens when I outgrow my plan?

Upgrades apply immediately from inside the platform (billing runs through Stripe). Your devices, dashboards, and rules carry over untouched.
